Phil Matthews is the Founder and Group Publishing Editor in charge of the editorial content across the company’s publications and online portals. He was previously an Associate Editor for various lifestyle and theatre magazines. He has worked for a number of years in film and television production. Phil is also a professional actor, graduating from the Central School of Speech and Drama with Distinction, and is employed extensively in theatre and television.

Fabio Marcolini is the Founder and Group Art Director responsible for the design assets of the company’s publications and online portals. He graduated in Advertising and Marketing from Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Campinas in Brazil. Following a year working in Milan as a Marketing Assistant, Fabio settled in London where he joined an HR training and events company in the Marketing department, working his way up to Head of Marketing in just a year.
